1. Acceptance

By using NextWave SEO, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Permitted use

You may use the service to inspect, clean and optionally add metadata to media that you own or are authorized to process. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the tool and the resulting files complies with applicable laws, contracts, platform rules and third-party rights.

3. No guarantee

NextWave SEO attempts to identify and remove supported metadata structures, but it does not guarantee that every possible metadata field, proprietary marker, invisible watermark, perceptual fingerprint or platform-side signal will be removed.

4. File responsibility

Keep backups of original files. Processing can change file size, format, quality, compatibility or metadata. You are responsible for reviewing the generated output before deleting originals or publishing content.

5. Availability

The service may be updated, changed, limited or temporarily unavailable. Browser and device compatibility can vary, particularly for large video processing.

6. Intellectual property

The NextWave SEO name, interface, site content and original product materials belong to NextWave Marketing or their respective rights holders, except for third-party libraries and technologies used under their own licenses.
